This Privacy Policy explains how Irregardless, LLC (“Irregardless,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit irregardless.co, contact us, call a phone line or voice assistant we operate, or receive text messages from us.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, mailing or service address, and anything else you share when you contact us or speak with one of our voice assistants.
Call information: when you call a line we operate, the call may be recorded and transcribed. We may also create an automated summary of the call so we can respond to your request.
Photos and files: images or documents you choose to upload, for example photos sent through a link we text you.
Messaging information: your mobile number, your consent to receive text messages, and the messages we send you.
Website information: standard technical data our hosting provider records, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
To schedule and confirm appointments and send related notifications
To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our systems and services
To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms

SMS / text messaging

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, such as our cloud and telecommunications providers.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

With service providers that host, store, process, or deliver information for us (for example, cloud hosting, telephony, and messaging providers), under obligations to protect it
With a business you asked us to connect you with, when you request that service
When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Irregardless, our clients, or others
As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy

Security

We protect information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest and access limited to people and systems that need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Retention

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
