SMS messaging terms

These terms apply to text messages sent by Irregardless, LLC (the “Irregardless Notifications” program).

What you’ll receive: transactional messages related to a request you made, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, links to upload photos or documents, and status updates about your request. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
How you opt in: by giving verbal consent during a call with one of our voice assistants or staff, or by requesting messages in writing. See how opt-in works. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: varies, typically 1–5 messages per request.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You’ll get one confirmation message and no further texts.
Help: reply HELP, or email information@irregardless.co.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.
